A block of rooms has been reserved for April 16 - April 19. However, if you plan to arrive on April 16 or stay over on April 19, our special room rate of $115/night + tax and room occupancy fee for single and double rooms is subject to availability, and you must call the hotel directly at either 504.469.5000 or 1.800.415.8667 to make your reservation. Be sure to use the code HAD in order to receive the rate through March 24. If you make your reservation after March 24, the hotel will try to honor our discount rate but may not be able to do so. The hotel expects a busy weekend.

 

If you are arriving at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, the hotel is directly across the highway and offers complimentary, around-the-clock airport shuttle service. When you have retrieved your luggage, go to the Transportation Center on the first floor lower level across from Baggage Claim #6 and call the hotel front desk to send the Courtesy Van. Or, you can call the Hilton New Orleans Airport hotel from your cell phone and ask for Courtesy Van pickup.

 

Conference Package:

Early Bird Package at $195 - includes all meals (including Sunday lunch), programming and materials; does not include hotel or transportation. (You must register for the Early Bird rate by March 24, 2015.)

 

After March 24 until April 10 at $215 - includes all meals (including Sunday lunch), programming and materials; does not include hotel or transportation.

 

Sunday afternoon, April 19 - Optional Jewish heritage tour of New Orleans at $36 per person.

 

Sunday only, April 19 Keepers of the Gate and Planned Giving Luncheon at 11:00AM. $36 for those in the New Orleans community who are only attending the luncheon. (The luncheon is included in the price of Conference registration.)

 

You must register for the conference, optional tour and/or Sunday luncheon no later than April 10. There will be no refunds for conference cancellations made after April 10.
