Crystal Anderson joined Hadassah in January 2015 as the first Managing Director of Hadassah Hub: Super South, which offers support and guidance to the Southern Seaboard, Southeastern, and Southern regions. Prior to working for Hadassah, Crystal spent 12 years in organizational development and nonprofit management. Her most relevant experience comes from her time as the National Director of Operations and Senior Vice President of Programs for StandUp For Kids, and as the Executive Director of Voices of Note, Inc., which includes the Atlanta Gay Men’s Chorus and Atlanta Women’s Chorus.

Before her work in the nonprofit sector, Crystal spent many years in healthcare and nursing. Her passion for helping others began at the age of 16 when she spent a year caring for her grandmother who was battling breast cancer. Currently, Crystal volunteers her time working with homeless youth and advocating for equality for all people.

Crystal lives in Decatur, Georgia, with her husband and four children – ranging from 1 to 20 years in age – and their two dogs, Lana and Harley.
